Save invoice

Now that you have added a Client and Item(s) you have invoiced him for, you have probably seen there are some extra fields in your invoice.

In between the Client Name and your Products, you can enter a series and a number that you will use to identify your invoices with. Add the Purchase Order Number, the Payment Terms or the Due Date and move to the next section.

Below your list of Items to be billed, you can Add Shipping charges, Add discount to all, pick the box Subject to reverse charge if needed or add Transport Labels.

You can also add your Terms & Conditions which can include your Bank Details, or any Private Notes.

After you’re done adding the details, click on the big green button that says ‘Preview & save’.

This will also automatically save your invoice.
